How to practice Senolytic Combinations

Not FDA-approved for cognitive or aging use. Human dosing regimens are experimental (e.g., dasatinib 100 mg + quercetin 1,000 mg for 2–3 days monthly). Potential for off-target toxicity and cytopenias. Should only be pursued in formal clinical trials. Long-term cognitive efficacy remains speculative.

The evidence behind Senolytic Combinations

Clearing senescent cells reduces inflammatory signaling (SASP) and may improve tissue regeneration. Animal studies show improved cognition and resilience after senolytic treatment, but human evidence is minimal and mostly short-term safety data. Mechanism: apoptosis of senescent cells reduces systemic inflammation and oxidative stress that accelerate neurodegeneration.
