Why we test it
Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) are critical for brain health. DHA makes up 40% of the brain’s polyunsaturated fats, maintaining membrane fluidity and nerve signal transmission. An index below 8% is linked to cognitive decline risk.
